Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
Visit our RETURNS PORTAL to start the return process.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can help.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card companies may take extra time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, email [email protected].
